The individual LEEJ Score is the result of deep learning algorithm that maps an individual;s LEEJ Assessment responses to their predicted Leadership Quotient, Emotional Intelligence, Environmental & Social Impact Quotient and Job Skill Quotient.
The LEEJ algorithm goes further. It predicts how an individual's LEEJ Score would be influenced over time by Ideal Team relationships, accepting existing challenges or new opportunities to excel. The team LEEJ Score compiles the quotients of individual contributors to that team and then predicts how productive the team will be over time. According to our deep learning model, the closer to 99-99-99-99F our Financial Services individuals and teams are, the higher the likelihood they will reach their stated goals in the Financial Services industry over time.
